3 large potatoes
(1-2 potatoes per person)
3 teaspoons cumin seeds
3 tablespoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons turmeric
juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
5 tablespoons oil
Boil the potatoes. Peel and dice.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, coriander powder and turmeric.
Add the potatoes and the salt. Put the lid on for 5 minutes and let the spices cook with potatoes.
Add lime (or lemon) juice and serve.
