Tai Chi started for me at The Ridge gym six years ago, when the tutor (with 20 years’ experience) taught us several Yang style routines and also Qigong . I was attracted to it right from the start and found that I benefitted from it. At Tai Chi, I hope to keep fit and keep the joints moving as I age. Tai Chi helps with brain function and also helps with balance which, as we age, is important. I don’t have any Tai Chi qualifications but meeting new people and passing on what I have learned is a bonus.
