So what do your classes entail?

All Things Wine and Food aims to be an exploration of food and wine and how it is made. It’s a class for those who have completed Karen Coulston’s Wine Appreciation Introduction. The class sometimes tours and tastes at a winery, on occasion having lunch at that winery. Picnics in the wide open air may include a billabong or a place by a river. It is about food and wine and how it is made, mostly lunch but will also be occasionally a special dinner. You may be underground in a wine cellar or seated at your dining table for a more formal lunch. Food and wine matching is a focus.

The Beer Group is co-tutored with Neil Parkin. As well as making beer (using a beer factory facility), the group meets for trips, lectures, lunches and tastings … all things beer.
