More than 50 people attended the official opening of our Eltham painters’ Face to Face art exhibition on 18th April at Bridges in Hurstbridge. As well as the exhibited artworks, there was an outdoor painting session, lunch and some brief speeches. Two paintings were sold.
Sarah Hammond, from Nillumbik Council, was the keynote speaker and, after her talk, she asked the group to give a powerpoint presentation of the art to the council’s Arts and Cultural Committee.
