REthink energy & waste in your community group @ Hurstbridge Community Hub

The session is aimed at community groups. Become an adopter and modeller of sustainable behaviour. Discuss the seven ‘REthink’ principles of a circular economy, how to incorporate better energy and waste practices into day-to-day operations, the psychology of behaviour change and how to get wider members of a group on board with new strategies and goals. Specific topics will include: increasing your group’s energy efficiency; reducing waste; ethical finance and partnerships; and sustainable product choices.

This is a strength training program designed to increase people’s muscle strength. It is focused on the model developed by Dr Miriam Nelson for the prevention of osteoporosis, diabetes and improving your general health and wellbeing. The group is supervised by volunteers who have been trained by physiotherapists.
