It is focused on the model developed by Dr Miriam Nelson for the prevention of osteoporosis, diabetes and improving your general health and wellbeing. The group is supervised by volunteers who have been trained by physiotherapists.

The Mudbrick cafe is a local social group for people living with dementia and their family/support person.

Repair cafes are places where, at zero cost, you can take your broken stuff to receive a new lease on life. You sit with the volunteer repairer while they talk you through what they’re doing.
