No-one likes to talk about dying but forward planning means we can choose to die in a way that reflects ourselves and our values, while leaving our loved ones with a lot less to deal with. Topics to be discussed include: options for future planning; end-of-life care; support for families; and how to embrace death as a part of life.

The keynote speaker will be Bec Wilson from Epic Retirement. In addition, there will be a number of breakout sessions including: Nillumbik Council Strategic Planning Team on their housing strategy; Housing for the Aged Action Group on relevant government legislation; Services Australia on housing options as you age; Nillumbik Council Energy and Sustainable Living Team and Edendale Farm on energy and sustainability; and Senior Rights Victoria on caring for your assets, family home and money. There will also be a range of stallholders who you can chat with.
