Enjoy a relaxed musical evening with your friends at a table with BYO supper, drinks and glassware (they will provide coffee and tea). Listen to the Nillumbik U3A Diamond Valley Big Band, including vocalists Angeline Thompson, Belinda Coco, Richard Desmond and Stuart Cardell. There will be plenty of dance floor for those who like to dance.
Take some small denomination cash to participate in the raffle, the prize for which will be dinner for two at Mercers Restaurant.
Tickets can be booked individually or in groups. Book by sending an email to the Office (office@nillumbiku3a.org.au), including your name, phone number and number of tickets.
10 topics, 110 questions – all in 90 minutes. Get ready to untangle some more English ‘double meaning’ words, a few riddles for lateral thinking and heaps of the usual favorite questions on geography, history, science & nature and music (don’t worry – no hip hop or punk, etc). Fun is the overriding purpose, with a little smug learning potential as a bit of a bonus for you.

Seating is in tables of 8 so you should try and form a group of 8 if you wish to be seated with specific other people. You can also book individually and we will allocate you to tables. When booking, please list the names of the people you are booking for any dietary requirements.
Refunds will be available until 13th November but not thereafter due to catering commitments (but you can still sell your ticket to a fellow U3A member).
There will be nibbles, a sit down classic spit roast, dessert and tea/coffee. Ruby Tuesdays will provide the entertainment and there will be time for acknowledgements to tutors and a raffle to raise funds for CAVE, our U3A charity this year. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar, at reasonable bar prices. There is no BYO provision at this venue.
