On 6th November, Rachel Brak talked about her holiday in Mongolia. Mongolia has more horses than people, with around a quarter of the people being nomads. It is one of the sunniest countries in the world but with one of the shortest summers. Known as ‘the land of the blue sky’, its capital has registered the coldest winter on earth. It has the sixth largest desert in the world (with very little sand), where the first fossilised dinosaur eggs were found. And it had a founding father who established the second largest empire in the world.
And it is the most interesting holiday that Rachel has ever been on.
