On 20th November, Barry Carozzi’s presented his memoir, taking the audience through the many turning points that life involves and the ‘many parts’ that we are called upon to play. Barry was the only son of (for that time) aging parents. His Catholic father left school at the age of 14, unable to read or write, and his Salvation Army mother could read, but didn’t. He subsequently became a teacher, educator and author.
‘This strange eventful history’ is the title of Jacques’ speech in Shakespeare’s play, As you like it.
