Vicky Shukuroglou recently co-authored a book called Loving Country with Bruce Pascoe. “At first glance it is a travel guide to some of Australia’s most beautiful Country but, on closer inspection, it reveals honest, riveting yarns about the true stories of Country told by the people who know her best: the local Aboriginal people with ancestral connections.”
On 22nd February, Vicky, who is a resident of Eltham, talked about her book with around 30 people from our First Nations group at the Diamond Creek Senior Citizens building. Thanks, Vicky!
