First aid for seniors

This session will prepare you for possible emergencies. The topics will include: falls and fractures; cuts and scrapes; infections and burns; cardiovascular problems (cardiac arrest and angina); heat- and cold-related illness; stroke/asthma; diabetes/anaphylaxis; and seizure. It will also include ways to do CPR without you being on the floor.
