Bill McAuley – diamond treasures

Bill McAuley will share images and stories from his long career as a photojournalist. He will also discuss his new book, Diamond Treasures; Nillumbik folk – heart of the Diamond Valley, which features many local artists, musicians and personalities that make the Nillumbik Shire unique. Bill worked for The Valley Voice newspaper in Eltham from 1977 to 1979 and many of the black and white images he took during that period appear in the retrospective section of this book. Bill’s book will be available for sale on the day.
