Carers craft ‘n cuppa

This group offers a safe space where you can: make friends with fellow carers; enjoy a light supper; have a break from your caring role in a supportive environment; participate in a facilitated craft activity or bring your own craft or mending project along; and learn mindfulness and coping techniques from our facilitators.
